The Pietro Rosa TBM forging shop has the ability to forge stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloy components up to 1600mm in length and 500kg in weight at net shape, hot formed and heat treated according to the most demanding aerospace standards. The manufacturing cells have a high level of automation to improve productivity and process repeatability through standardization.
